Heidi Pegler

The highlight of the concert was three cantatas, consisting of recitative and aria, sung by Heidi Pegler. Her expressive platform manner endearing her immediately to the audience, who were spellbound by the beauty of her voice – effortlessly filling the church… her expressive delivery told each story of unrequited love and every note of much florid counterpoint being brilliantly articulated… breath control and musicianship of the finest quality.”
